We'd like to introduce you to the UK Leadership team;
Jon Browne
Managing Director
Jon joined L&R UK in 2016 as the UK Sales Director following successful leadership positions with Baxter Healthcare, Smith & Nephew, KCI and J&J.
Jon started his career as a Registered Nurse and specialised in Cardiac care before moving into the Commercial world in 1998.
“Accepting the Managing Director role for L&R UK in 2021 continues to be a real privilege and I am proud to lead our business forward by Inspiring People, Improving Health and Transforming Care for our customers, patients and employees. It can sound like a cliché but our people are truly the greatest asset we have. Collectively, we have a huge passion for demonstrating value through our core campaigns for patients with lower limb wounds and to diversify our commercial offerings to the NHS.”
Colin Maguire
Commercial Director
Colin joined L&R UK in 2021 as our Commercial Director. Colin has a wealth of commercial and sales experience, with over 21 years experience of developing and motivating sales teams, and a proven track record of success in business strategy in SME's and global organisations.

Rachael Sykes
Marketing Director
Following starting her career in the NHS, Rachael joined the business in 2008 in a clinical advisor role within our sales team. She is now the Director of Marketing, having a fulfilled number of roles within L&R UK, within a sales, clinical and a marketing capacity. As marketing Director, Rachael leads a team responsible for brand management, omni-channel communications, sales and marketing support and customer services.
Rachael is a Registered Nurse, previously specialising in oncology and then lymphoedema within the NHS.

Darren Glover
Director of People Operations
Darren joined L&R at the start of 2021, as Director of People Operations following 25 years successful leadership in education settings. With responsibility for the People Operations department which incorporates Human Resources, Learning and Development and Information Technology as well as Quality and Regulatory and Supply Network Operations. This portfolio provides a deep understanding of key functions of the business and the ability to help ensure the structure and systems will help us realise the strategy.

Jon Godby
Finance Director
Jon is L&R’s Finance Director, bringing more than 30 years of senior financial experience to the business. He is responsible for overseeing all our financial operations.
Initially he joined the business in a part-time consultancy capacity, and has grown with us over the last 11 years now working on a full time basis. Jon joined with a breadth of experience which included previous senior finance roles in Retail with Shop Direct, B2B with Whitworths and Pharma with Novartis.
