An updated open letter from L&R UK sharing our ongoing plan in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

I want to get in touch following the latest government update on the nationwide actions to combat the Covid-19 pandemic.
We are sensitive to the challenge that the NHS faces at this difficult time and we are continuing to do all we can to support our customers while limiting face-to-face contact remains necessary. Our measures to protect our workforce, customers and patients continue and align with ABHI guidance. They include at-home working where possible and a virtual first approach to support our customers during this critical time. We have implemented a number of ongoing risk assessments and actions to ensure a safe working environment for our operations colleagues who are required in the workplace, to ensure that we are COVID secure while continuing to serve the NHS.
We believe that this plan reflects our motto People. Health. Care and explains how we will do our utmost to continue to support patients and the people at the forefront of providing care, while ensuring that we do all we can to keep our team and customers safe.
I want to take the opportunity to thank you for your support with this approach and we really appreciate the positive feedback that we have received so far relating to the support we are currently providing.
