Assisting the Administration Manager with the replenishment of materials on site, from both national and international suppliers, the successful candidate will be required to forecast, plan, liaise, procure and coordinate both logistical and production scheduling.
Utilising SAP & WMS / LMS – SCM systems, the role would ideally suit an individual with previous planning and coordination experience, ideally in materials replenishment, within a logistics/warehouse/supply chain environment.
To be successful you will need a high attention to detail, excellent planning, organising and communication skills and you will need to thrive in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
The appointed person will need to work effectively as a part of a cross functional team, working frequently with key internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be willing to roll your sleeves up and be the ‘go-to’ person to get things done. Your curious and agile approach will always encourage you to be open to new ideas and be willing to embrace change.
The successful candidate will need to be known for being helpful and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
