The successful candidate will be required to provide training support and clinical expertise to customers on the effective and appropriate use of woundcare and compression products within the L&R medical portfolio, using their experience and credibility gained as a clinician to build trusted partnerships with clinical customers.
Key customers will include: senior clinical decision makers in the NHS, including, but not limited to: Heads of Services, Locality Leads, in addition to: Tissue Viability Nurses, Leg Ulcer Nurse Specialists, Specialist Nurses.
Working efficiently and embracing an OMNI-channel approach, essentially, the successful candidate will need to have clinical working knowledge and experience in compression therapy and wound management in order to be competent and articulate when dealing with the product, patient and clinical challenges.
The successful candidate will need to be self-driven and goal orientated, with the tenacity to effectively handle and move past objections and the agility to see no barriers to change as they seek out and develop new business contacts and build new working relationships with the senior decision makers within the NHS.
Excellent communication skills are essential, being an active listener, with the ability to communicate effectively via digital platforms, face to face and to effectively present up to senior levels internally and externally in addition to excellent digital selling, influencing and persuasive skills.
Role holders will be required to reside on/or be within close proximity to the Yorkshire area and will be require a full valid driving licence, along with the flexibility to stay away from home on occasion due to the nature of the role.
