The successful candidate will be required to effectively lead and manage the south east sales team to achieve regional Sales and Gross Profit targets in line with the UK Sales Plan and contribute and implement regional business strategies and regional operational plans aligned with the UK sales and marketing strategy.
Essentially, the successful candidate will need to be an effective proactive and motivational leader, with excellent communication, influencing and organisation skills and goal orientated.
Ideally the role would suit an individual with previous experience of effectively leading, motivating, developing and coaching a regional sales team, within the medical devices industry.
Role holders will be required to reside on territory and will require a full valid driving licence, along with the flexibility to stay away from home on occasions due to the nature of the role.
