This role is clinical but also requires a strong commercial awareness. The successful candidate will be required to provide therapeutic and commercial support and expertise to Account Managers and customers (NHS and private sector) on the effective and appropriate use of L & R products, typically in relation to wound care and compression therapy, in accordance with the direction and focus of the sales campaign and to achieve sales performance targets.
Key customers will include; Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses, Leg Ulcer Nurse Specialists, Pharmacists, Dermatology Specialist Nurses, Practice Nurses, Procurement Meds Management, in addition to various other contacts who are key influencers in the sales process.
The successful candidate will need to have therapeutic knowledge and experience of wound care and compression therapy in addition to being commercially minded, pro-active, goal orientated and organised with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Role holders will be required to reside on territory (Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire) and will require a full valid driving licence, along with the flexibility to stay away from home on occasions due to the nature of the role.
