Are you a creative digital enthusiast with a passion for optimising online platforms and enhancing customer journeys?
We are looking for a dynamic and creative E-Commerce & Digital Platform Coordinator to join our team, where they will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our digital platforms in a fast-paced e-commerce and digital marketing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our E-Commerce & Digital Platform Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the following:
Platform Management: Maintain and optimise a range of digital platforms, including website management, e-commerce systems, Google Analytics, and digital learning platforms.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Oversee professional use of social media (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), Google Ads, SEO strategies, and mobile apps (Apple & Google).
Content Development: Create, source, and upload engaging digital content while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging tools.
Data-Driven Insights: Track, analyse, and interpret platform performance data, delivering actionable recommendations to improve the customer experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely within a cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders to drive projects forward and achieve results.

What You'll Bring
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, and e-commerce systems.

While not essential, a degree in Digital Marketing, CIM qualification, or equivalent experience will be highly advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Flexibility: A full, valid driving licence and the willingness to occasionally travel and stay away from home due to the nature of the role.
