As an Account Manager, you will:
Use your commercial knowledge and tactical business planning to drive sales growth, year on year, in line with our sales and marketing strategy, by promoting L&R products.
Seek out, identify, build and maintain influential relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers in order to win formulary inclusions and product placement care pathways, for L&R products, within the NHS and private sector.
Seek out, identify and manage new business opportunities through effective commercial and market data analysis.
Identify any risks to current formulary products and work collaboratively with wider internal stakeholders to protect business.
Key customers will include: senior decision makers (non-clinical and clinical) in the NHS, including, but not limited to: Heads of Services, Locality Leads, Procurement Meds Management, in addition to: Tissue Viability Nurses, Leg Ulcer Nurse Specialists, Specialist Nurses.
What will you need:
Demonstrable sales and commercial experience of promoting and influencing wound care and compression therapy products in the NHS including Procurement/Medicines Management, in addition to TVN’s, Leg Ulcer Nurse Specialists and Specialist Nurses.
Ability to take full accountability for growing and protecting your business

Excellent communication skills: active listener, confident presenter and ability to adapt approach and communicate effectively via am OMNI-channel approach
Commercial and strategic thinking and presenting product proposals including cost savings to key decision makers

Good planning and organising skills; the ability to utilise your commercial knowledge and data to effectively and efficiently plan your territory and maximise your time
To reside in either Wiltshire/Dorset/Hampshire
Flexibility to stay away from home, on occasion, due to the nature of the role.
A full valid driving licence
