As a Clinical Strategy Manager you will:
Use your clinical expertise and commercial acumen to provide strategic clinical leadership to support the UK strategy and its implementation, foster relationships with key opinion leaders and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
Play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical activity and evidence generation aligned to products and services offered by L&R.
Working closely with the UK and Global cross-functional teams, including regulatory, R&D, marketing and sales to ensure the clinical safety, efficacy and market adoption of the company’s medical devices.
Key customers will include: senior decision makers (non-clinical and clinical) in the NHS, including, but not limited to: Heads of Services, clinical and non-clinical decision makers and NHS and Independent Clinical Strategy Groups.
Core requirements you will need:
A relevant clinical qualification.
Experience in the UK medical devices market or within a healthcare leadership, or strategic position, in the UK.
Tenacity, self-drive and goal orientated approach.
Agility & curiosity.
Effective objection handling, influencing and persuasive skills.
Excellent communication skills: active listener, confident presenter and ability to adapt approach and communicate effectively via am OMNI-channel approach.
Commercial and strategic thinking.
Analytical data analysis skills.
Good planning and organising skills; the ability to utilise their commercial knowledge and data to effectively and efficiently plan their workload and maximise their time.
Flexibility to travel nationally within the UK, in line with business needs, including stay away from home, on occasion, due to the nature of the role.
A full valid driving licence.
