Regional Business Manager – South East/London (within 25 miles of M25)

We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to join our national sales team.

As a Regional Business Manager, you will:

  •  Effectively lead, motivate and develop a small team of Account Managers and Regional Clinical Advisors, utilising leadership, coaching and performance management skills to ensure a high performing team.

  • Be accountable for contributing to and implementing regional business strategies and regional operational plans, specifically aligned with the UK sales and marketing strategy & L&R UK product portfolio.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in order to build and maintain influential customer relationships with non-clinical and clinical key strategic decision-makers within the NHS framework.

 What will you need to be successful?

  •  A good understanding and commercial knowledge of promoting medical devices within the NHS and ICS settings, with demonstrable success.

  • Demonstrable community sales and commercial experience of promoting and influencing medical devices at primary and secondary care level, ideally within wound care and compression therapy.

  • Demonstrable people management and leadership experience in motivating and  developing high performing medical devices sales teams.

  • Commercial and strategic thinking and ability to take full accountability for growing and protecting your business.

  • Excellent communication skills: active listener, confident presenter and ability to adapt approach and communicate effectively via am OMNI-channel approach.

  • Effective objection handling, influencing and persuasive skills

  • Tenacity, dynamic, self-driven and goal orientated

  • Agility & curiosity

  • Analytical data skills

  • Good planning and organising skills

  • To reside in the South East/London area (within approximately 20 miles of the M25) with the flexibility to travel and stay away from home, on occasion, due to the nature of the role.

  • A full valid driving licence.

  • Current work eligibility documentation to work in the UK
