Regional Business Manager - West

We are currently looking for a dynamic leader to join our national sales team.
As a Regional Business Manager, you will:
Effectively lead, motivate and develop a small team of Account Managers and Regional Clinical Advisors, utilising leadership, coaching and performance management skills to ensure a high performing team.
Be accountable for contributing to and implementing regional business strategies and regional operational plans, specifically aligned with the UK sales and marketing strategy & L&R UK product portfolio.
Collaborate with cross functional teams in order to build and maintain influential customer relationships with non-clinical and clinical key strategic decision-makers within the NHS framework.
What will you need to be successful?
A good understanding and commercial knowledge of promoting medical devices within the NHS and ICS settings, with demonstrable success.
Demonstrable community sales and commercial experience of promoting and influencing medical devices at primary and secondary care level, ideally within wound care and compression therapy.
Demonstrable people management and leadership experience in motivating and developing high performing medical devices sales teams.
Commercial and strategic thinking and ability to take full accountability for growing and protecting your business.
Excellent communication skills: active listener, confident presenter and ability to adapt approach and communicate effectively via am OMNI-channel approach.
Effective objection handling, influencing and persuasive skills
Tenacity, dynamic, self-driven and goal orientated
Agility & curiosity
Analytical data skills
Good planning and organising skills
To reside in the west region of the UK with the flexibility to travel and stay away from home, on occasion, due to the nature of the role.
A full valid driving licence.
