Most effective contribution to clinical redesign
Working in partnership with the Tissue Viability Lead in South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust, L&R UK have supported the implementation of an evidence based pathway to transform outcomes for patients with venous leg ulcers.
By adopting the leg ulcer pathway, clinicians from across the trust now put self care solutions first line which has had a positive impact on staff morale and patient empowerment.
Best educational programme for the NHS
In partnership with North Lincolnshire and Goole Foundation Trust, L&R UK have supported Leg Ulcer Pathway Adoption through education, to transform outcomes for venous leg ulceration patients and services.
L&R UK are dedicated to supporting trusts to transform the lives of patients with venous leg ulceration, reducing the burden on the NHS and improving patient quality of life.
The winners of each category will be revealed at an awards night held at the Park Plaza Westminster on the 27th February.
