Cellona Xtra Pop bandages and splints

clinical information

The main difference between Cellona and Cellona Xtra Plaster of Paris is the shorter setting time of Cellona Xtra.

Flexible plaster bandages for various applications

Cellona Xtra Plaster of Paris bandages and splints are indicated for the immobilisation of fractures, postoperatively after orthopaedic surgical procedures, and in the treatment of bone and joint diseases.

Stability and ease of application in one: Ready-to-dip Cellona Xtra Plaster of Paris Bandages are very creamy and conformable for ease of moulding. They are used to make immobilising casts following fractures. They are also used following surgery or orthopaedic corrections and for the treatment of joint and bone conditions, thus aiding the healing process.

Conforms to contours, sets rapidly

Cellona Xtra Plaster of Paris Bandages save time and mould easily to the contours of the area being treated. They have a relatively short immersion time and become rapidly saturated. The finished bandage sets rapidly and is safe for transport after 30 minutes. They are fully set after around 24 hours.
